As of the 2026 summer term, all internship applications will be processed digitally through the Internship Management System. Applications submitted with physical documents will no longer be accepted.

Internship Management System Student User Guide
The points to be considered in internship applications are listed below:
- Internships can be started from the 2nd year onwards.
- The internship application must be made at least 15, and at most 30 days before the internship start date.
- Students who will do their internship abroad are required to determine a date range covering at least 30 working days from the internship start date.
- Students who will do their internship abroad within the scope of the Erasmus program must also apply to the Erasmus office in addition to the above procedures.
- It is mandatory to upload the internship report to the system when the internship is completed. In the report, the student must introduce the institution where the internship was held and comprehensively explain the knowledge and experience gained during the internship and the work carried out. It is not mandatory for the report to be written day by day or to follow a chronological order.
- The internship report uploaded by the student must be approved by the internship supervisor via the system.
- The internship supervisor must fill out the intern evaluation form using the link to be sent via the system.
- After the approval of the internship report and the completion of the evaluation form, the internship will be evaluated within the scope of the MATH 341 or MATH 342 course.
